Damaged Products
For Damaged and broken product, opening video is must from end to end without any cut or editing on it. Return acceptance is completely based on supporting evidence and we reserve a right to reject the return. In the case of defective, wrong, or missing products, a gift card or replacement shipment is provided, not a refund.
Return Policy and Procedure
We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and ensure on-time delivery but fashion is something which cannot be judged so we provide a return policy for all orders within 3 days from the delivery date with a nominal fees of Rs.80 with the only condition that product should be intact with all tags attached.
Please follow these steps for raising a return request :
1. Connect us on Whatsapp at +919717597961 order ID and reason for return.
2. Upon receiving the request we will arrange reverse pickup and amount shall be credited as store credits which you can be use against any future purchase.
Refund Amount will be credited as store credits only
Replacement Policy and Procedure
We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and ensure on-time delivery. Our replacement policy applies only to defective or damaged products, received upon delivery. We accept replacement requests within 3 days of accepting the package from the delivery personnel.
In order to claim a replacement or exchange, we request all customers to record a video of themselves opening the product after delivery, while it is still in its original packaging.
Please follow these steps when recording the opening video:
1. After receiving the package from the delivery boy—open the package while making a video—as proof of the product’s condition at the time of delivery.
2. Show the sealed packet with a clear view of the label in the video, and ensure the packaging is not in a tampered condition.
3. Clearly show the product in the video while opening the packet.

Our quality control team will review the video and, if the customer's claim is proven to be true, a replacement will be provided.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch. If the order is cancelled after being dispatched, a cancellation fee of ₹100 will be charged.
